    Xbox account seems to be lost


    Alright so check this out. First off, Microsofts system is completely **** retarded. Can't contact support for this, can't do ****. The next best thing is sending a question to a forum. like, cmon.

    My Xbox account seems to not be linked to my email anymore. I know for a fact that I am using the correct email as I have the billing mails and **** stored there, yet I can't log in correctly. I don't have my Xbox anymore, but I am trying to check up on
    the xbox website with some old friends to see if they still play and stuff.

    I went to log in this morning for the first time in a long time, and when I did, it literally was like my xbox account never existed. It sent me to the xbox page and created a whole new account. Randomized gamertag, no achievements, nothing. Yet when I searched
    up my gamertag (which is "xVICCCKEx", I found it. Like, the **** am I supposed to do?

    Hi Fellow gamer,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you are having issue with an account. Here is a guide to request a call from support. Sounds like the email is different than the one you think itis. If you know the gamertag support can look it up, and if they
    can "verify" the account. They can then give you some information on the account.

    When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    Same Problem, when my son goes to sign in on his xbox account on pc the site tells him he needs to verify. i filled it all out ont he site and it made a new account, seems xbox has lost accounts.

    I searched for the GT mikyandjo using the Xbox App for Windows PC and couldn't find your profile, this may mean the account was deleted and all the info associated with it was lost.

    It could be worth trying to recover it but seems like is gone from Xbox Live.
