Xbox account query

Can you review if the account you’re using in the Xbox app is the same as the one on the Microsoft store?

If the account on the store is different, try to sign out and sign in with the one on the Xbox app and check the Xbox app after that procedure.

In case you don’t have the Store pinned in the taskbar, just press the Windows key and type “Microsoft Store”.

I have just signed out of both apps and made sure I signed in with the same login credentials. there appeared to be no difference - I believe I was already signed in with the same logins on both apps.

This message doesn't always show by the way, it pops up every now and then. I don't know why?

Unfortunately no. The only way to share your content is through the Home setting and you can only have 1 console set as your Home at a time. Your licenses are tied to your account, but they are also tied to that setting. So on a console without the Home,
your account has to be able to sign into Live in order to verify the subscription.

yeah but im not going to pay for another family membership if i only get 3 accounts out of it. i want to know if i can kick the primary out of it since thats the banned account and also add another one. if not the whole plan is pointless.

I'm not sure about removing the Primary Account, but I believe the Primary Account has the ability to remove other Secondary Accounts from the Family.
