Xbox Account Profile Pictures feature?

if you are trying to change your profile picture to a Custom picture then that feature has been temporary disabled. See more information on the reasoning for the temporary disabling of the Custom picture upload feature here:

Thanks, I was trying the same. And it seems this is a temporary outage with the profile picture feature

Due to I did it couple hours ago and the picture is the same (the old)

I'm thinking on two options:

1. People who are in charge of review and approve profile picture changes has a lot of work and this is why we are not able to see the new image yet, so we may need to wait a bit more

2. Can be an issue not reported to Xbox team, so In this case I think would be nice start reporting this to Xbox team here:

It was turned off a while back, but so far I have not heard any official news on when they will be re-enabling the feature.

When custom gamer pics are turned on again that page will be updated.

When the coronavirus and everything Xbox One update do your own pictures or customize your own pictures

I think that having custom profile pictures for only Adult accounts is very unfair because it doesn’t allow anyone under the age of 18 to

have personalized profiles and i think profiles are a cool way to express your creativity and personality. If xbox could add a feature that allows this. That would be amazing. This would also help people that had their accounts messed with or had mishaps with date of birth.

Would you be able to put the feature back on the app because its really hard trying to get the right picture and see if it fits as a profile picture.
