Xbox account privacy settings

Have you checked your Xbox settings?

Settings > Privacy & online safety > Xbox Live privacy, There is a setting for Clubs

If that still does not work, check your account privacy settings here: https://account.microsoft.com/account/privacy?destrt=privacy-dashboard

Look for the Xbox section, and make sure that your account does not have Groups set to Block.

For some reason i cannot change my privacy settings on my main account. I have checked my family settings and it says i am not part of a family to my knowledge.

But also whenever i click on my privacy settings for my xbox it takes me to this page instead: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/4026796/microsoft-account-change-childs-xbox-privacy-online-safety-settings

I am never able to change my settings PLEASE HELP

Short answer, it could be that the account is set up as a minor, thus it will not allow the settings to be changed. The simple solution would be to make a new
Microsoft Account and add the original account to
it. After that is done, from the new account, change the privacy settings of the original account.

If you’re having trouble managing your privacy and online safety settings on your console,
sign in with your Microsoft account and click
Xbox One Online Safety to review and change your settings online.
