Xbox Account Payment Error

Error Code 80190864: This error message indicates that the account has a Billing Violation attached to one of it's subscriptions. Either update your Payment Option or provide a new payment option. Also, check billing.microsoft.com for additional details
on the account.

Basically you need to use a different method of payment for xbox live.

Below you can follow the steps to add a payment option via your Microsoft account on the PC. Once you add this way, you can use the credit card you are using. Also, that message "Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card." It could mean multiple things

1. The card's billing address does not match what you're entering
   
2. your console is in another region, and the info you are entering does not match what's on the card
   
3. Or the card you are entering is not supported
   

Have you tried other cards and seen if they work?

Add a payment method to your Microsoft account.

You can add your credit card, debit card, bank account, PayPal account, or mobile phone as a new payment method for your Microsoft account. The payment method will then show up as an option during the checkout step for your next Microsoft Store online purchase.

Hey mate, have you made sure all your account information has been filled in?

1.Go to My Account.

2.Under Payment & Billing, click Manage Payment Options.

3.If prompted, sign in using your Microsoft account (also known as Windows Live ID).

4.Check the information associated with your payment options. Fill in any missing information.

5.Return to My Account.

6.Under Payment & Billing, click Billing Contact Information. Fill in any missing information, and then click Save.

7.Try to redeem your prepaid code again.

To add your PayPal account as a payment option on your Xbox LIVE account, see Manage your Xbox LIVE payment options.

If you receive an Error: 8382025C the PayPal account you are trying to add is not supported. Xbox LIVE only supports PayPal accounts that have a credit card or confirmed bank account as a funding source. Update your PayPal
account with one of these funding sources, or try using a different PayPal account.
