Xbox Account not Working

So i tried logging into my other account and its saying the password does not work even though i have never changed it before. Also when i try logging in through my phone using phone number it works using the password and it works. But when trying with the email it says it does not exist?

I'm sorry you have this problem. Follow the instructions below for a solution.

On your PC, go to Xbox.com and select Sign in. If there are problems with your account, the instructions will help you resolve them. If you can't get past the login screen, select I forgot my password and follow the instructions.

If that doesn't work, select the Home button > Settings > Time & Language. Under Date & time, make sure Set time automatically is turned on. Open language & time settings

If none of these options work, select the Start button > Settings > Accounts, then find the Microsoft account you used to sign in to the Xbox app and select Remove. Next, go back to the Xbox app and sign in with the Microsoft account you just removed. Open Settings

The Xbox live service was down for a good while during your attempts. This is more than likley your issue. The service is up and running great now and you should have no troubles loging in

I've spoken to xbox today about this as my son has been without this for almost 2 weeks now and they were at a loss, apparently you need to update the childs details however it won't allow you to access their Microsoft account as you need a parent permission,
and then 45 mins later we were still going round and round with not a fix in place.
