Xbox Account Login Failed

Hi there!

I just want to complain about that I haven't been able to log in to my xbox app (windows pc) for 1 month now... It just says "We couldn't log you in right now try again later" I can't even press the "Help" button. It just takes me back to the error message.

I haven't been able to play my favourite game in 1 month just because I can't log in to my xbox app. If someone has the solution of this please answer on this one.

Xbox is telling me to get Gold even though I have it?

Another way to attempt to fix this, is to remove the account from the xbox in settings->accounts-> remove accounts. After that is removed login with that gametag again to force the console to fetch your live subscription data. In rare cases your Xbox account and live account will lose sync.

 

Xbox one login problem

hello, i can't login with my account on my xbox one, the password is failed. When i login on the online side in my xbox account it works perfect with the same password. What can i do?

  Xbox.com and select Sign in. If there are problems with your account, the instructions will help you solve them. If you can’t go beyond the sign-in screen, select
  Forgot my password and follow the instructions.
  
• If that didn’t work, select the Start
  button > Settings >
  Time & language. Under Date & time make sure the
  Set time automatically setting is turned on.
  
• If none of those options work, select the Start
  button > Settings >
  Accounts , then find the Microsoft account you used to sign in to the Xbox app and select
  Remove. Then go back to the Xbox
  app and sign in with the Microsoft account you just removed.

The thing is. There is no "Forgot password" The only thing i see is "Log in"

And also I don't really want to delete my microsoft account because I have all my things on it? I have 2 computers at different homes and I want them both to have access to my sea of thieves character on xbox. and I'm trying to set this pc up for playing. And
this happens.

from the power for a minute or two. Once that is done try it again, if the situation persists you may want to try Uninstalling and Reinstalling the Xbox App itself.

Microsoft store doesn't look like that anymore.

Also I can't click the "Uninstall" button in the settings. It's just gray. I wish I could send picture or video on how it looks like. And there is no other buttons to click on.
