Xbox account locked

Hey i have been locked out of my microsoft account that i use for my main xbox account and i cant get back in ,the reason why is because my boyfriend signed into my xbox account on his xbox so he could go on it and then a couple weeks later when i tried
to sign in it said that i was accessing sensitive information and that after i put in my password i had to verify that i was the account owner, it asked to send a code to my phone number but that was the problem i changed my phone number and didnt think anything
about it until it said that.

so i couldnt get in so i pressed the i dont have these anymore option and it takes me to the microsoft help option where i have to prove that i am the account holder i have put in my bank details name on the xbox xbox device id amd date of birth and its
not enough information i even put my skype username on it and still wasnt enough i dont know what to do ive tried everything to try and get it back i could even put in my full bank details if i have to, i remember my xbox account name and password to get into
it :,( i have filled out so many forms to try prove that i am the account owner and nothing i need another option even if someone calls me please that was my account i made when i first got my xbox. It has all my games and achievments on it and i cant get
on it

@Gillion666 This mean next free game for this month on Xbox 360 ( Crysis 3 ) is region locked?

Region locked for Xbox 360 is locked from the account or locked from the console system?

If Microsoft locked from account, I can migrate account. If Microsoft locked from console system that I use (NTSC-J)

I will wait for the next free game with no region protection.
