Xbox Account Locked what happens if I create a new and start again

I’m afraid to say that the answer to your question is yes, you will lose everything, because the purchases, your gamertag and basically all your information is attached to the Microsoft account.

It is important to point out that Microsoft doesn’t transfer content between accounts because it is not possible.

Thanks for that, I thought as much.

I have been racking my brains over the answers for the Recovery form. One question asked what was the postcode of where the account was made, is this where I created the email itself? I guess at the point it’s not asking me about where my Xbox account was made?

Also with the bank details, is that for my current account (I.E. used to pay for my recent game downloads/monthly subscription) or the account details when I created my Xbox account?

The postal code asked refers to the one you initially filed out when creating your account for the first time.

For the bank details, it is better to put the ones you registered for your account all this time. However, if you can’t put more than one, it is better to put the first one you used.

This pattern of Microsoft punishing honest XBOX gamers with legitimate requests has GOT to stop. The same thing happened to me -- my account is locked, and the phone customer service person I spoke to about it told me that there was no recourse for me,
and no way for me to appeal that permanent lock. He suggested I create a new account.

In what kind of universe is THAT suggestion a proper fix for something Microsoft is *** the pooch on?
