    Xbox Account Issue / Seems problematic, Need Help


    Hello All,

    My friend has a huge problem, we have been on Microsoft webchat for about 7 days now and a colleague referred us to here.

    Problem as follows:

    Account has been locked due to "strange" login attempt. It needs to be verified.

    Problem is, there is only an ancient cell phone number on file that he no longer has access to.

    Through the recovery procedure comes immediately a cancellation via email. But we have all the data ! Everything from the console, what purchases he has made, what payment method, everything !

    The colleagues in the chat may not have / see the data. It would only be a matter of sending the 7-digit code to the email stored in the account.

    The password is known and there were no failed attempts according to the chat, console info we have, he sits in front of it, but can not play anything. If anyone from Microsoft reads this and can really help it would be great. We are from Germany, so it takes time to answer directly. He is very desperate. If the account team should be here, please, we need you !

    Error Code: 0x8923101C HEEEELLLP!!!

    1. Make sure the Xbox Profile is not signed in on Xbox App at any Windows 10 device.

    2. Sign into your account, or the account experiencing the error.

    3. Sign in a second account on the console. Ensure the problematic account is added as a friend. Scroll down to the account name and select 'join party'.

    4. Scroll up and select the problematic account. Select 'sign out'. This will remove the problematic account as host in the party, replacing them with the second account.

    5. Switch back to the second account (this should be the only active account at this point), scroll down to 'Party' and select 'leave party'.
