Xbox Account Issue Question/Requested Help

My Xbox account doesn't show on sign in or who's playing today screen with my other family members xbox accounts. I don't know if it was deleted but it's just not there or anywhere like it was gone or never existed. I have tried xbox support and other things to get answers or solutions but i have found none and i need help. Yes, i still remember my gamertag and email with it but when i tried adding it, it says an account already exists with the same email and gamertag but on another xbox or device so i can't add it back even though it was on my xbox but somehow still up or on a console?

Hi AlexaTY, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

If you're getting that message it means that your account is already on the Xbox console. To fix this, you may need to remove all of the accounts by resetting the console-keeping games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Xbox Live Support no longer handles refund issues. When you go to the Request a Refund page, it starts a dialog of questions. The first is that you're signed in with the account that made the purchase. Have you seen those questions yet?

Hello Murat,

Sorry for the issue with page. When you get to Step one select Xbox one. Step 2 says ask a question, under where it is highlighted in green ask a question click on see other options.

You will see 4 categories (My account, games and apps, Xbox and accessories, password and security) under my account select subscription changes. Then a box saying show contact options highlighted in grey appears click that box. Now you should see chat with
support or request a call from support select request a call.
