    Xbox account Issue (PC)


    Hi guys,

    I can't send, receive messages through my xbox account, my friends can't see me online or join my games. I can't access the Search Group tool in this account. It's really weird, I can do everything if I loggin in other accounts, but can't do anything in
    my main.

    I spent almost 2 hours with microsoft technical support from my country, on the phone, trying to solve this, and we did all sort of tests and configurations but he couldn't find anything wrong with my PC or my xbox account.

    I'm afraid of losing all my progress and having to migrate to another account.

    Has this happened to anyone else?

    Hi,

    This never happened with my account, but you can try a trial by installing the Xbox App Beta on your computer via the Windows Store.

    Once installed, log in normally to the application and see if it works normally.

    You can do the same installation test for the Xbox App Beta on your smartphone, already installed on my phone and you can use it normally!

    Unfortunately it didn't helps, I tried it yesterday with the Microsoft support. I don't think it's any configuration in my computer, because when I use other accounts it works perfectly. The only problem is with my main account. He checked all configurations
    and preferences of the account too and couldn't find the problem.

    On your PC are you signing in with the same account that you use on the Xbox? I have no issues with Sea of Thieves syncing data between console and PC. Same account though.

    Cannot Login to Xbox App

    I've logged in to my xbox account on xbox.com and there's no issues there.

    Tried the time setting, didn't do the trick.

    In regards to the removal of the microsoft account. Does that mean to remove it completely from my PC? And wouldn't that cause some issues since that's the account I'm using to log on to my PC in the first place.
