Xbox Account is currupted

My Xbox One has been acting funny lately. I digitally bought 3 game Ghost recon wildlands, need for speed payback and forza horizon 3. When I tried installing them each game gets to a certain percentage and then stops and will not proceed anymore. It gives
me an error code 0x87e0000f. I've performed all the steps and nothing works I've gotten tech support and still nothing work they said that the issue could have been my xbox. I traded xbox with my friend and put my account on his xbox to test the theory and
the issue occurs the games get to a certain percentage and stops. So my friend bought one of the games and downloaded it on my xbox using his account. The Issue seem to be following my account. So I bought a hard copy of ghost recon and installed it offline
and it worked, the game starts and works perfectly fine. then I connect to xbox live and the game pops a message saying I need to download the update in order to play the game I proceed with the update and it's a 13gb update after it gets to 91.1 percent it
gives me the error code installation stopped and error code 0x87e0000f. I think my xbox account is corrupted because it only happens when my account is logged in and I check the status on the microsoft website and andall systems were green. I'm wondering how
my account got corrupted and why it's causing this issue?

I Have A Corrupted Profile

The profile on your Xbox is currupted, but the profile on Live should be fine. You'll need to delete the currupted profile from your console and retrieve a working one from Live. This guide explains how:

When you delete the profile make sure you follow the guide exactly.
Failure to do so could result in the loss of your save games and downloaded content. You only need to delete the profile file, nothing else.

Yep tried that yesterday. Still no joy, theres no currupted files on my xbox. this is generally starting to really annoy me now.

 

Have u tried setting the console as your home xbox?

 

Been having the same problem different error code but exact same issue... no resolution as of yet my console is under warranty so going to get it replaced and see if that fixes it. Very annoying and frustrating considering its a brand new xbox one x supposedly
worlds most powerful gaming console?!... cant stream cant download without crashing!
