Xbox account has not fully resumed after a 2 day suspend

i had a 2 day suspend a week ago and my Xbox app on pc says Im still suspended. I fulfilled my suspension on the 3/28/23 at 5:03am and pc app still shows suspended and i cant message or use voice. i called they gave me a disconnected number to call so no luck. I don't understand why i have to jump through hoops over this. I still don't know the reason I was actually suspended in the first place. Why is there no way to get in contact with anyone to help. This is extremely poor customer service when no one can help you with anything. I cant come to a better understanding for the reason I got suspended nor anyone can help with fixing the account that I pay for to continue using it. I need help the Enforcement group is a joke that can do whatever they want and no one cares or if in error and have 2 days or less on suspend theres no appeal options. Please fix these issues i have put in countless hours and 100s of 1000s of dollars for new systems and my extensive 430+ games.

The suspend and resume feature is handled differently by different games (probably due to their resource requirements). Games like Forza 5 and Battlefield 4 seem to struggle with the suspend and resume feature but other games I have had resume the next day
after using multiple other apps.

So i am not alone in this and suspend and resume is not actually functioning as intended?

Is this a known bug in the system?

Have MS officially commented on the subject?

Suspend and resume was one of the big features of the X1.

I googled and binged for hours and couldn't find one report of suspend and resume not working.

I accept that things can go wrong with a console as complex and ambitious as the new Xbox, but suspend/resume always fails me, day in day out.

In fact it happened again just before i started writing this.

I am very impressed with the system, kinect, twitch streaming, t.v intergration,games, visuals (have you seen Ryse?!) and MS's system updates have improved the experience greatly.

But suspend resume is a tad disapointing.

If it can't be relied upon, if you risk losing progress, then it might as well not even be there.

I have no problems suspending and resuming a game. Sometime even days later.

Tell the agent when the account was hacked and have it locked and investigated. The Enforcement Team will look into it. While they are, your account will be suspended due to payment error. This process takes 3-28 days. The days you have now will be froze
and will resume once your account is given back to you.
