Xbox account hacked

I got hacked I think in late 2021. Just a load of friends added to my list, so I quickly changed everything. Re-set my username too as I had a free change so they'd have to pay for it next. But I tried to contact Microsoft as I was going nuts over all the money I've spent (I'm not rich). All I got was a conversation with a dumb robot that kept going over and over the same thing (I thought I was talking to an actual human). Phoning - the waiting list was too long as my account would probably be completely gone by then if I continued to not lock it up thoroughly and waited for advice. No emergency calls. Not a clear and simple service as I couldn't find where to go. But since earlier that year I've been with playstation and their systems are way better. On Xbox there's no great security to prove your identity really. Kids can get away with adult accounts without actual strict rules. Xbox is just a joke. They truly don't care about everyone. They're buying all of these companies for themselves. It's all about money, power and control. Their consoles have been the same ever since the ads got introduced to the 360 system. If Xbox wants to improve then do the job accordingly. I sold my Xbox One ( loves consoles) because it's an upgraded duplicate of the Series. Shows how much creativity and care they lack. I'm not going back to Xbox unless they sort themselves out. The Phil Spencer guy wanting Spiderman after buying Bethesda and Activision can grow a set. Let people do what they want! All these years I've finally managed to be with ps and Xbox takes away all of my favourite games apart from a few...I'm done with Xbox.
