    Xbox account hacked


    Hi,

    My Microsoft account was hacked yesterday. I was able to restore it while using my e-mail address. The only thing is my account on Xbox is still not available. I have it on the list of account on Xbox One and there is someone elses e-mail address (*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***) and it's asking me for password. Tried to use another device, but an error window is popping out.

    There was a purchase made from my card as it's added to my account. I canceled my cards, but still want to get back my Xbox account. My son was buying lots of skins on Fortnite and other games.

    I wanted to link gamertag with my e-mail address, but it autocorrect ed to and I can't get rid of it.

    I've been trying to request Microsoft helpine to contact me (12times already) but I got no phone call receive so far.

    Please help what I can do in this situation.

    Microsoft you have a PROBLEM

    Unless a main website or service has been hacked - like PSN, it's not a hack ok.

    Phishing, NOT a hack

    Social engineering, NOT a hack

    Giving someone your LIVE ID to someone else and then losing your account,
    NOT a hack

    Using dodgy software or websites offering free points and what not, then losing your account, still
    NOT a hack.

    Signing up for various suspect websites using the same email address and password for LIVE. then losing your account. still
    NOT a hack.

    If EA was compromised and it held your Windows LIVE ID, this is technically a hack, but it's EA that would have been hacked, not Xbox LIVE. When I say 'hack' I mean a real, sophisticated website or server attack. A hack in the literal sense of the word.

    You need to purchase a new subscription for your new account, or you could contact the Xbox Support and get your Hacked account back, unless its not really hacked?
