xBox account from organizer to member?

Microsoft Accounts does not currently support the direct conversion of Organizers (Adult Accounts) to Sub Accounts.



You will need to create a new Microsoft account for your son and set it up as a child account.

Type MSA in the Enter a question box, click Get help, and then under Expanded content, select Contact Support



On the next page, select Other Products and choose Manage Profile Information as the category. Then click Confirm.



After that, please be patient and wait for the online support staff to contact you and send your problem to the support staff for assistance.

The organizer may need to remove the account first as a member and then re-add as an organizer? As the organizer she can not remover herself, I created another organizer who can not remove her organizer account or change it to member?

I believe there should be at least one organizer so once you add or change an existing account from member to organizer using the current admin account, you should be able to make the changes:

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

You need to manually change it by removing and re-adding her. No worries because her progress is sync to her account and it will not be removed unless we manually deleted them.

If you’re an organizer and you’re a Minor it will not work, you need to use an organizer account that is an adult by default and add your account as a member.
