Xbox Account Deleted

Discus and support Xbox Account Deleted in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Recently I changed the email on my Xbox account(the one used to sign in), everything after that.     Xbox Account Deleted


    Recently I changed the email on my Xbox account(the one used to sign in), everything after that. Up until now, the account seems to have been deleted and when I try to create a new account under the same username it says the username is already and use and
    proceeds to show me no account under that name. How can I regain control to my account?

    Xbox 1 sign in

    I had the same problem, you need to delete the account of your xbox after that u can add the account back.
    Maybe that will also work for you.

    No. Delete your account from your Xbox then login again. This should force it to re sync if it doesn't work contact support

    Best option for this is to call in support and tell them what changes you made to your account so they can check the information in the system.

    You might want to try signing in with the old email address. You can contact Xbox Support at:
    support.xbox.com/contact-us Make sure the language and country is correct at the bottom left side of the page.

    Xbox account to delete

    "I want to change the WLID associated with my GT."

    - Navigate to the Settings Hub (far right on the dashboard) and select Account.

    - Navigate to Your Information panel and select Windows Live ID.

    - Select Change Windows Live ID.

    - Select Yes once you have created a new WLID.

    - Enter the password for your current WLID.

    - Enter the WLID and password you would like to use.

    - Complete the prompts to save your change.

    Additional Information

    - You can make only one WLID change every 30 days (per GT).

    - Your Microsoft Points are automatically transferred to the new WLID.

    - Before you can change the WLID associated with a child account, you must provide the WLID information for the adult account with parental control.

    Thanks, that would be the problem (I recently recovered that gamertag to a console). I now know the problem, but unfortunately have to wait 4 weeks before I can do anything...
