Is there anything else that can be done transfer email address or something surly?

There's 18+ years of data in there game achievements, saves personal screenshots on games and stuff friends list ect I'd be damned to lose it all can you give me any more options then just "we have it all on are servers but your stuffed" kinda thing you were more polite obviously and your role you might have less ability to things then others that involves actually doing stuff with people's data but yea I can provide Xboxes with the accounts data and such for prof ect

However, you can change the email address associated with your dad’s account by following these steps here:

Note: Please be aware that you will not be able to use emails associated with other Microsoft accounts.
