Xbox Account blocket. Please help.

Hello dear xbox support,

i cant access my xbox account since i got home from work yesterday. They want to have an security check and want to send an security code to my email.
I dont have access to that email anymore so i cant get the code. Now i tried to re-activate my account online and filled everything they asked me to. I now got am email saying that Xbox’ automatically robot couldnt identify me as the owner of this account and now blocket access to it until “the owner of the account returns” which is obviously me.
I did it for 5 times in a row,filling out everything but everytime they say that im not the original owner. Now i cant do anything and today i tried everything again. No success. I got the Username right and the Xbox Live-ID but still the bot still thinks im not the original owner.

I cant reach anyone so this is basically my last hope so can maybe any officials in this forum help me out i just wanna game again.

I tried that and did everything but an bot still thought I am not the real owner so I still can’t access my account.

I hope perhaps otherwise Emanuele perhaps can still help me out or somebody else can. But thank you very much for your advise and hopes of helping me out^^ have a great day^^

Hello Emanuele and thank you for your quick reply.

Sadly I couldn’t log in with my account because I still get the screen “Help us secure your account”

on The next screen they want to send an code to my alternative email besides outlook to send me an code. Like I said earlier I have sadly no access to that email anymore so I tried to recover my account manually without email. I did that multiple times;I gave the correct Username and the correct Xbox Live ID and everything else but the bot then still thought I am not the real user of the account so I still cannot enter my main account. If it helps I could also post the Xbox Live ID in here.

Hi MarcelSteuck,

try to log into this link with the desired account, enter the code correctly and then log out. It may take 24 hours after verification to be able to log back into your account.

I also recommend changing the password in advance and possibly checking the integrity of the email from this page (non-Microsoft site) .
