    Xbox account balance


    My account balance dissapeared randomly. I purchased a 25$ gift card and purchased two things for 5.99$. Then when I go to purchase a DLC I see my account only has 1.05$ in it. I didn't purchase anything other than those two 5.99$ dlcs, how can i fix this??

    When you say money is in do you mean your xbox account balance of your debit or creditcard

    If account balance then no account balance never could be used for buying subscriptions

    It's your Xbox Account Balance. Your balance follows you no matter where you take your account, whether it's on Xbox One, Xbox 360.. even Windows Phone.

    it does not expire, it is not removed for time, it will stay in your account for as long as the Xbox platform lasts.

    To clarify, if you added funds from a gift card it usually doesn't expire. But funds added through promotions or the Microsoft rewards program do expire. Expiration dates would be given in the terms of the offer.

    There is no way to transfer the money, but you can split the payment. You have to make the purchase on the console in order for it to work. You just have to go to confirm the payment and it will ask if you want to use the remaining balance on your account
    and then just charge the remainder to your paypal (if that is the payment option you have on file).
