I got banned from my xbox account I was very sad but it was not me that got banned I was looking for group post a guy said he need 2 people join so I join his party and the first thing he said was give your email and password or I will hack and fried your
WiFi I was scared so I gave my email and password.he was using my account then when try to get back on it it said am permanently suspended from xbox live I was so sad because I been a customer for 8 years and I spent a lot of money that account and all my
data on games are gone am really hoping my account back my gamer tag is mr 360 waves. I was chatting with this guy on xbox customer support here is our chat number

Sorry i phrased it weird. Or im understanding it weird. So account a, b and c are accounts that have been signed in on My xbox. So xbox 1 is mine. Main account on xbox 1 is Account A.

account c is on its own xbox. So xbox 2. On xbox 2, account a and account C are accounts that have been signed in on. So these accounts A and C are gamesharing. Main account on xbox 2 is Accounr C

Account B on xbox 1 has not set xbox 1 as its home xbox. So if im following it right, if account B purchases a game on xbox 1, account C from xbox 2 wont receive access?

I'm afraid that it sounds like you currently have two accounts, one offline on the xbox 360 and one Xbox Live account on the Xbox One.

There is an option to promote your offline xbox 360 account to an Xbox Live Account, but this will require a new Microsoft Account (email address), but the next issue would be that it is Not possible to merge multiple accounts into one Xbox Live Account.

So basically there are two options, continue with the current Xbox Live Account that you have on the Xbox One, or to promote the 360 account to an Xbox Live Account and download that to the Xbox One and continue with that one.

the xbox one account is also the xbox 360 account, they are the same

just sign into the xbox 360 with the same account as your xbox one.

your old xbox 360 account will most likely be attached to an older email account, nothing can be transferred.

With your account you will need to reach out to support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
