I have been purchasing xbox live gold annually and I never get any reward points into my account. I think I may have 2 accounts and they need to be merged together. I also need this whole situation corrected. Thank You.

You can add Microsoft Points pre-paid codes by using the Xbox 360 console or by using Xbox.com.

Xbox 360 console

To enter a pre-paid Microsoft Points code by using the Xbox 360 Guide main menu, follow these steps:
Press the Xbox 360 Guide button, and then go to the Marketplace area.
Select Redeem Code.
Enter the 25-character pre-paid code.
To enter a Microsoft Points code by using the Add Points Wizard, follow these steps:
To access the Add Points Wizard, press the X button while you view any content description screen within the Game Marketplace or Video Marketplace areas or while you view the Memberships section in the Account Management area.
Select Redeem Prepaid Card.
Enter the 25-character pre-paid code.

Visit Sign In (Sign In) or follow these steps:
From Xbox.com, use your Windows Live ID to sign in to your Xbox LIVE account.
Select My Account from the My Xbox drop-down menu.
Click Redeem Code to enter the pre-paid code and add Microsoft Points to your account.

Hello I have two xboxes and two live gold accounts one account has points and the other has none,can I log into the one with points on the Xbox that has no points and use the points to download a game into the Xbox that I am logged into please help thanks

Hi, if you believe that you should have been awarded points, then you should contact Microsoft rewards support, see if they can help you

As for your 2 accounts issue, they cannot be merged together.

Just to add, you would have had to be a member of the Xbox Rewards program in order to receive credits for your gold, but they did stop offering rewards for gold on July 1, 2014.

Do you know if it's possible to gift the points to another account? I would just transfer all my points to my xbox account and use my xbox account email to continue gaining points if possible.
