    Hi so this is my problem.

    I am sure some xbox players know that the mic does not work for some reason. I have that problem. So i tried to reset the xbox but keep the games after that i cant find my previous account
    i used. Now all my subscriptions including xbox live is no longer there pls tell me what i can do?
