Xbox accidental clip deletion idea

Hey that's a great idea for people who are rushing through and accidentally delete an clip. Have you tried submitting this to the feedback or contact Xbox Support to see if you can get your deleted clip back. But try to get that into play with an undo
button or something.

I would check your clip manager or your one drive. Cause if you selected delete from everywhere there is a high chance that it cannot be recovered

If you selected the option to delete from everywhere there is no way to recover it but if you selected any other thing you might be able to find it in the clip manager

The entire xbox captures function is total dog ****, everything about it. It refuses to trim certain clips, randomly deletes others, and is overall confusing as hell. They seriously need to overhaul the entire thing. Why is there no "recover deleted" option
so you can get back your clips that you accidentally deleted - there's literally a sea of trash captures in the file that you have to navigate through while trying to find your actual desired clip, needle in a haystack, and the chances of you deleting the
wrong files while trying to clean up this **** is extremely high. Seriously grab a brain Microsh*t.

Unfortunately once there deleted they are gone for good.

For the future i would recommend backing up your clips to the Microsoft Onedrive. That way if you accidentally delete any clips or screenshots from your xbox console they will still be safe in the Onedrive.

You can also download the Onedrive for your xbox so you can view what stored in it right from your xbox console.

Its also available for Most mobile devices to make sharing your clips to other social media and friends easier too.
