Xbox accessories application unmap button functionality.

You can map buttons to be "unmapped" or "disabled" using the latest version of the Xbox Accessories App (on Windows 10 and the New Xbox One Experience).

To accomplish this, launch the App, press the "Configure" button below the image of your controller, select either the configuration in the slot you want to change or make a new one, go to "Button Mapping", select the button you want to map to "unmapped,
and then in the menu below "Map to (button)", go to the bottom of the list and select "Unmapped".

Open the Xbox Accessories app, click your Elite controller, and head to button mapping. Choose the "Left Stick Click" or "Right Stick Click" as the button to map, and map it to "Unmapped." - it's the last option in the list. That will make it so the click
does nothing. You might want to also map that function to one of the paddles in the back if it's a command you need in game.

You guys realise that in devices and accessories, when you select a button, there is an option to mark it as unmapped, right? I just want to be able to unmap the Right Stick Click and apply it as slot one.

Contacting the Devs (whoever makes Black Ops 4) to change their control scheme defeats the purpose of the remapping feature that is supposed to make things easier for the users. Especially for me, who (Tourette Syndrome) can't play half of a game because
that one slip of a click is going to set me off and then snowballs into other things.

So all I am going to say is this. before the concept of assigning profiles became a thing, the unmap function was working, I unmapped the right stick click and I never had a problem afterwards. Now because you have to "assign" it to a profile, every time
I try to assign the unmapped profile to a slot, it creates a new profile and ignores my previous one.

Please fix it. I don't even care if it costs money, I will pay for it if I have to.

The Xbox Accessories app will allow you to map one of your paddles to the right thumbstick button and map the right thumbstick button to nothing. To un-map the right thumbstick button, you will have to map the paddle to the button first then remap the right thumbstick button to the "Unmapped" option.

Are you able to try to change the settings in the Xbox App on Windows 10? It's not possible to actually remove a button from mapping, so you might want to try hitting different buttons on the controller to find out which one is the "A" button and make the
changes accordingly. The possible buttons the "A" button can be mapped to are: A, B, X, Y, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, Left Stick Click, Right Stick Click and D-Pad Up.

Give that a shot and see if it helps.
