Xbox accessories app won't launch on my Series X

My Xbox accessories app will not launch, it will open for a second but immediately close. I have tried all troubleshooting solutions to fix this but none of them have worked, and i was told by support to wait and see if it was a known issue that would be soon fixed, but there has been no notice about it yet, what should I do now?

Try to restore keeping games and apps, please be sure that you know your account email and password:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console screen, you'll see three option use this one, be sure you remember the email and password of you're accounts:

Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with Reset and keep my games & apps

Well I've had my Xbox x series since the official launch, and so far I haven't had any problems regarding my controller, but that doesn't mean it won't happen to other people, as this type of accessory and others can be subject to failure due to mass production.

*I recommend that if you're buying another Xbox controller, try a different store if possible.

Hard drives won't be able to launch Xbox Series X games, only store them.

For that, you need your internal storage or the Seagate Storage Expansion Card: https://www.xbox.com/accessories/hard-drives/seagate-expansion-card

The backwards compatibility team is working on the Series X so there won't be anymore games from the 360/original Xbox made back compatible until after the Series X launch.

That said, I would love to see Gotham City Impostors made playable on the Series X. That game was so much fun!
