Xbox Accessories app problem (June 2020)

Hello everybody

Since two days ago the Xbox Accessories app's main three options are all greyed out. The app normaly recognizes my controller be it wired or wireless with the official dongle, both It wont let me use any of it's three main options. Controller works normaly
with games, also no problem whatsoever with the Xbox game bar or using a controller to browse the Xbox app (Beta). I have tried reinstalling the drivers and the app and its still the same! The controller is updated to the latest firmware and no physical defects
are present. What can be done? (Windows 1909)

Thank you! There is no need, after posting this question, the Xbox app and network had an update and everything was working corretly as before!

After speaking with xbox support via phone i was told if i can provide a gamertag with someone that has purchased this game for the sale 15.99. Sale started June 4, 2020 and ended June 16, 2020 they would have no problem honouring the sale price and crediting
my account with the difference between what i paid for and the sale price. June 2, 2020 bought at 79.99 and June 4, 2020 its on sale for 15.99.

waiting response from support as they are looking into sales team to confirm prices. Just trying to make this easier as I have beem dealing with said issue since June 5,2020 with multple emails that have gone unanswered

The Online Chat support told me Microsoft stoped supporting the accessory in question this same month when i got my problem. (June 2020) No longer can you take it up with microsoft. They gave me a phone number and told me to ask for help in the costumer
service that my own country has for microsoft products in hopes there is a fix for the issue.

June 12th 2020 and it is still not fixed.
