Xbox Accessories app on PC keeps going right, selecting the help button.

The "Xbox Accessories" app should be permanently included with the OS, and it shouldn't be removable by the user.

You can find it through the settings.

• Go to "All Settings"
• Go to "Kinect & Devices" on the left side.
• Select the tile that says "Devices & Accessories" on the right side.
• Select your controller.
• Go to "Button Mapping"

That should launch the "Xbox Accessories" app (with the joystick icon).

In order to fix this, kindly configure your Xbox Elite series 2 controller using the Xbox Accessories app on a Windows PC device, here's how:

To open the Xbox Accessories app on your console, press the Xbox button  to open the guide, select My Games & Apps> See all > Apps, and then choose Xbox Accessories.

To open the Xbox Accessories app on Windows 10/11, press the Start button , type Xbox Accessories or choose it from the list, and then sign in. If the app isn't installed on your PC, get it here:

Things to keep in mind:

The Xbox Accessories app is only available on Xbox consoles and Windows 10/11.

To configure the Series 2 controller, make sure your PC has the latest Windows updates:

In Windows 11, you decide when and how to get the latest updates to keep your device running smoothly and securely. To manage your options and see available updates, select Check for Windows updates. Or select Start > Settings > Windows Update.

The Xbox Accessories app won't detect your controller if you're using Bluetooth to connect to your PC. Connect your controller using Xbox Wireless, or plug the included USB-C cable into the back of the controller and plug the other end into your PC. -Select My Games & Apps

-Select See all

-Select Apps

-Select Xbox Accessories

If you are on Windows 10:

-Press the Start button

-Then Sign in

What type of controller do you have?

If you are on the Xbox system, you can check this from the accessories app and configure your controller from there.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Accessories.

When the Xbox Accessories app launches, select Configure under the accessory that you want to adjust. Check if you can adjust them there.

For PC,

You may download the Xbox accessories app from the MS store app and configure your controller there.
