    im trying to download the xbox accessories app so i can connect my xbox elite controller to my pc through the microsoft store but it isnt letting me press the get button now it isnt working on any thing from microsoft store,

    im on the newest update of windows, and i have tried WSReset in command prompt

    Please, I work in Silicon Valley, I am aware of reading manuals and troubleshooting guides trust me.

    What was concerning was that the user reviews mentioned from years ago that the Xbox Accessories PC app did not support the $160 Series 2 Elite controller.

    However, Microsoft’s only support for SW/FW updates is through the Xbox Accessories app. Since it does not work, this gap needs to be filed and handled with an update to the Microsoft Store app “Xbox Accessories”.

    I have tried cable combinations, power cycling, and reinstalling Xbox Accessories.

    Found a work around on another site. All I had to do was install the "Xbox Accessories" app from the Microsoft store. Just opened and closed the app and that was all it took.
