Xbox Accessories app is struck on a update required.

Please double check if everything is up to date in your PC:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update
Click Check for Updates

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available (Install optional updates as well)

Then, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services and update everything too. (Click on get updates)

If everything looks good please try this:

A. Open task manager > select the startup tab > disable all the programs listed there temporarily
Restart the PC and try again

B. Do a clean boot in your PC and try again

C. Create a new local administrator user in your PC and try from there

D. Reinstall your controller driver:
Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager > search something like Xbox controller category (or similar) > expand the category using the little arrow (">") > select delete/uninstall driver

Click OK, restart your PC and reconnect the controller.

E. Reinstall / update the Plug and Play Software Device Enumerator driver.

You can do it following previous steps, but now select Plug and Play Software Device Enumerator.

Can take a while, would be great to wait up to 15 minutes before trying again

Try installing the Xbox Accessories app and make sure the controller doesn't require any updates.

Click Start, type: xbox accessories

Launch the Xbox Accessories app.

Connect your Xbox One Wireless Controller by using a USB cable or the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows.

When the controller is connected, you'll see the message “Update Required” if an update is mandatory. Install the update.

Hey there, thanks for reply. I visited that post but I have only one option to update my controller is via Xbox Accessories. I think the controller isn't yet up-to-date is bcs I couldnt command it properly (for example: I press A and it commands another button). Do you have any Idea to access the Xbox Accesories?
