    Xbox Accessories App "failed to sign in using gaming runtime services" when Elite S2...


    When i try to configure my elite controller with the "xbox accessories" app, i get an error message saying "failed to sign in using gaming runtime services" it tells me to log into the xbox app, but i already have. I have uninstalled and re installed both apps, reset my network adapters, rebooted many times and I cant fix this. I just want to change the paddle buttons on my controller Xbox Accessories App "failed to sign in using gaming runtime services" when Elite S2... :(

    "To configure this device, you must hae the Xbox Identity Provider installed and be signed in to your Xbox account. error code 0x800701F4"

    when i try to go to the identity provider page, it will not let me install anything.

    Revert/Rollback/Downgrade Xbox Controller Firmware. There is a way to do this!!! (FULL guide with pics)

    This solution is not working in Windows 11 as of today:

    Elite S2 5.13.3143.0

    Accessories App 300.2202.25001.0

    FYI this is what the link in Xbox Assist does: My Xbox controller has connection issues after the last update | Xbox Support

    It opens the Xbox Accessories app with:

    xboxaccessories:\\firmwareupdate?legacyDowngrade=true

    No option to revert.

    Windows 10 Xbox Accessories App does not work with 5.13.3143.0 at all - displays a message saying its being updated come back soon.

    The left stick failing on the Elites is very common and almost a certainty.

    I can confirm that it doesn't work. I tried reinstalling the app but it just opens the regular Xbox Accessories screen.

    Please, repair the XBOX Acessories app installation:

    Press the Windows Key+X > Select Apps > Search for XBOX Accessories > click the three dots ... > Advanced > Restore

    Then, on the same page, press Repair.

    Let me know if it works!

    Did all the repairs on every xbox app nothing worked.
