    XBOX ACCESORIES DISCONNECTING RANDOMLY


    I have had this problem where I would be mid game into a 30 min session when all of a sudden my Xbox elite series 2 and Xbox wireless headset disconnects, both of the lights on the devices strobing. After 20 of strobing and disconnect it connects and works no problem. Recently though this has happened every 5 seconds as soon as I turn on my Xbox, this makes games unplayable and I haven’t been able to play for a while. Everything in my setup is exact same as it was before this problem was happening. I’ve tried lots of troubleshooting but nothing seems to work. Today was the day I finally decided to ask a question because the same thing was happening, but this time the Xbox just completely turned off and restarted itself without me doing anything. I haven’t been able to play with my friends please someone help and answer this XBOX ACCESORIES DISCONNECTING RANDOMLY :(

    Have you tried to reset your console?

    Please, follow these steps:

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Select Reset and keep my games & apps.
