Xbox 75 Dollar Promotion. Again.

I don't see what the huge holdup Is. It's been two weeks of emails, live chats, phone calls, and support forum. All that is ever said is "We will content you within 48 hours." No one ever contacts me. We are coming on September now and no one has given
an hint of a resolution. I wonderful how many customer purchase an Xbox One because of this promotion only to grind out that Microsoft has no intention of following through. I have been a Xbox live customer for 11 Years and I have never been jerked around
like this before.

Like the above posters, I'm also beginning to feel like nothing is being done here. I can document my compliance with all terms, which would take about 5 minutes to verify.

When will this be resolved? At this point, "we're looking into it" is no longer acceptable.

I hate spoken with three chat agents, called twice - and was even told to contact the Microsoft Store support. The they told me "You'll have to get the money from Walmart since they sold the console." I hung up because that was going nowhere. My problem
was sent to some escalation team now so hopefully that helps.

I'm in the exact same boat. (Got the offer, met all requirements, no code). Also because the offer ($100 in my case), was the only reason I bought last month instead of waiting for a bundle. I'm working with the Twitter team now (after no success whatsoever
with online chat and phone calls), so I'll let you know how that goes. They said I wasn't eligible earlier today, but when I reiterated that I'd met all the requirements and have a photo of the offer, they said they'd take another look.

The fact that I received this offer because I'm "one of the very best customers" but am now being given the runaround is really frustrating.
