reading all the posts here im getting the feeling we have all been lied to.

wouldn't be surprised if this ends up in court because i don't think anyone has reported that they have received their credit.

 

Now We Are Getting Ignore By The AMAZING Xbox Support..

 

I don't see what the huge holdup Is. It's been two weeks of emails, live chats, phone calls, and support forum. All that is ever said is "We will content you within 48 hours." No one ever contacts me. We are coming on September now and no one has given
an hint of a resolution. I wonderful how many customer purchase an Xbox One because of this promotion only to grind out that Microsoft has no intention of following through. I have been a Xbox live customer for 11 Years and I have never been jerked around
like this before.

I have been waiting almost a month. How long does it take you to finding mode information?

 

Eiji, I got my code via an Xbox Forum PM on Friday 9/5. (To see your PMs, go to Forums Home in the breadcrumb trail at the top of the page, then scroll down- they're in the center block).

Even if you don't have the code yet, it seems that they aren't lying when they say they're working on it. Apparently they just work very slowly and thoroughly.
