Xbox 75 Dollar Promotion. Again.

I've been given the run around. Posted on promotion forums, promised it by the 15th. Talked to support, promsied by the 15th. When the 15th came around and I got nothing, I was promised within 48 hours. 3 days later they tell me that I have to post here
( A second time no less) in order to get my issue resolved.

I purchased an xbox one for my birthday on jul 17th, and the 75 dollar upgrade promotion as that I received on my console was a key factor on convincing my parents to front me the rest of the money in order to buy it. As you are no doubt aware- I have yet
to receive the promotion code. All I get from support is telling me to wait it out for days at a time, and post more posts on the forum. I'ts confusing me because I've never had an issue with Xbox support team before. Hopefully someone will be willing to
help me out here.

Just hook up the console and be sure to register it. Then you will receive a message to your gamertag with the code. Sorry but I'm not sure of the length of time it will take to get the code.

It would probably take a week to a month to get the code but this is still a really good promotion! I have very little interest in getting the xbox one cause of the price. But since the price drop the price is much better, but idk, i think the ps4 sounds
really good still. But if I were to get this promotion I would definitely buy the xbox in a second. You should make sure its worth it though before buying it.

 

When you purchased the console did you set it as your Home console and register it on the website?

 

I'm in the exact same boat. (Got the offer, met all requirements, no code). Also because the offer ($100 in my case), was the only reason I bought last month instead of waiting for a bundle. I'm working with the Twitter team now (after no success whatsoever
with online chat and phone calls), so I'll let you know how that goes. They said I wasn't eligible earlier today, but when I reiterated that I'd met all the requirements and have a photo of the offer, they said they'd take another look.

The fact that I received this offer because I'm "one of the very best customers" but am now being given the runaround is really frustrating.

 

I hate spoken with three chat agents, called twice - and was even told to contact the Microsoft Store support. The they told me "You'll have to get the money from Walmart since they sold the console." I hung up because that was going nowhere. My problem
was sent to some escalation team now so hopefully that helps.

Thank you. 5 support agents, three phone calls. Even emailed a copy of my receipt and wastes told my issue was being sent to some higher-priced up team. That was 4 days ago. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. I have been an Xbox live subscriber for almost

im also having the same issue couple support agents told me that by the 15 is the 22 and nothing yet

Got the offer, met all requirements, no code

 

I'm in the UK region and we had a similar offer except the dates were slightly different purchase and register as home console by the 15th, receive code by the 22nd. Just contacted support and I'm being held to the same dates as this offer, apparently my
offer doesn't exist. Do I have a screenshot... no am I supposed to assume that I would be lied to?

 

Shanks, it is running off of Pacific time (as that's where headquarters is, and it should have been stated in the Terms and Conditions). If you don't have it by 9:00am 8/23 your time, please post back so I can look into it, too.

After this long I assume that you are in fact not looking into it at all, and the issue will never be resolved. What a wonderful way to get people to buy your device, by lying to them.

 

Yeah U Right The Reason I get The Xbox One Was Because That Was A Great Deal awesome way to get people to upgrade is just like if you go and buy a car for example ford tells you u got a free year of gas if u buy this beautiful focus today great lol

 

Like the above posters, I'm also beginning to feel like nothing is being done here. I can document my compliance with all terms, which would take about 5 minutes to verify.

When will this be resolved? At this point, "we're looking into it" is no longer acceptable.
