    If you purchased one of the eligible consoles from the Microsoft Store during the promotion offer, you should get the gift code emailed to you. That's usually how they run their promos. But you would need to contact their customer support for any assistance.

    its not renewal points because the promotion was for a gift card with a key and i received a message for a gift card for 5$ and not 15$ like the promotion promised.
