    I cannot get my X Box 360 live to let me play a game. All of a sudden I can't do anything except play local area network, my connection is fine my username and password is updated and I still cannot play a game online.

    "Free" games require a payment option

    With current generation consoles only one profile needs to be gold

    But as mentioned the 369 marketplace has different requirements

    If you do not have an 369 you must use the web interface with a payment option this includes the xbox one

    Have battlefield 4 through premium on Xbox 360, downloaded on Xbox one and after three months of playing it, it tells me I don't own the game and I have to purchase the disc when I have the full download on my xbox one

    Ea pass games are xbox one games not the 369 versions
