Xbox 360's seal of authenticity question

Hello there,

Im kinda collecting sealed videogames. And i have a question. I bought some factory sealed videogames from an online seller; All look great except i have a forza motorsport 4 game ( on the xbox 360) sealed but there is no seal of authenticity on the side of the copy.

i was wondering if xbox games came that way sometimes; to know if its genuine factory or resealed.

You purchased a pack in version, which often is often not shrink-wrapped at all. Looking at the seam on the shrink wrap it definitely looks like someone did it with a heat gun

Well i bought many sealed games from a seller online; and the other xbox games all have the seal of authenticity. So i dont think the seller is fraudulent.

moreover the sealing do have the y-folds on the edges

That seal is first and foremost to prevent theft, as this disc wasn’t going to retail it’s unlikely they’d spend the money

Moreover, im looking at that game on ebay ( theres some other listings for this game new ), and all of them has the same sealing without seal of authenticity.

All games from Xbox comes with a seal on the side of the box from Xbox, if this game doesn't have it, it's probably not the original packaging
