Xbox 360 wont let me sign in after setting up my Xbox one

After trying turning off 2step verification on my xbox one, I examined my password lenth and found it was one character to long! I had changed it when setting up the new xbox one. My 360 now connects fine! Thank you for all the help! Steeledwand good call!

Its telling me email and password are incorrect. My email and password work just fine on my phone and my xbox one. My gamer profile is still on my 360 also. It just wont recognize my email or password! ?

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to sign into your account on your Xbox 360.

For this, we recommend that you
remove your account from your Xbox 360, but when this is done, remember to select the option that reads
Delete Profile Only as this will make sure you don't delete anything important from your account.

Once this is done, you should
clear the system cache and then restart your console, before you re-add your account.

Besides the two step verification if you either changed your password so it is longer then 16 characters (360s do not like passwords longer than 16 characters) You would just need to change your password to something less than 16 characters

Or

Changed your gamer tag recently you would need to redownload your profile to the 360.

I think the problem though is either you have two step verification turned on or you changed your password to something longer than 16 characters.
