I tried the hotspot also and yeah it does work but when I go on the wifi it doesn't work I don't why it's doing that and I would like to use my wifi for connection because I don't always have data on my cell,what can I do to use my wifi connection?

Hi,

I’m not the original user, but am having the same issue.

I used my phone as a hotspot and it worked. I was able to connect to Xbox live again.

Once I went back to my wifi or wired home connection it stopped working again.

A few months ago I got this issue too and gave up.

Now I restarted my XBOX 360 and this time it says my microsoft account password is wrong... But it's one I use with my Windows 10 computer... and it works on my computer !
