Xbox 360 will not sign into xbox live. Possible false console ban?

Hi all, recently in the past few days my 360 refuses to connect to xbox live. Originally it would give me the error 8015190e. I did all the troubleshooting steps for that, which ended with me deleting the account off my 360. Now, it just says can't connect to xbox live. Here is where things get weird. I can sign in with zero issues on all my other xbox consoles, and to the xbox website on all my other devices. It is just this one 360 that refuses to connect to xbox live. Below I have attached a photo of the issues. I have reason to believe this is a false ban, as I don't play online. I just use this system to stream video. Any help would be appreciated.

P.S. I have already called microsoft support and that got me nowhere. Same troubleshooting steps as I had already tried with 0 changes.

Ok, so it seems connecting my 360 to my phone as a hotspot allows it to connect to xbox live. Im at a loss for what to try next. I just put it in a dmz on my router and it still won't work when connected to it

Edit: it downloaded the update and now no longer works. Odd.

I'm having the same problem; I have tried to suggested fixes and nothing seems to work.

It's been happening to me for several days, randomly on one of the days I could sign in and now I can't and get the same error as you.

Well its definitely not a console ban. That much i can say. It it were it would display a message saying specifically that this console is banned permanently.

That being said a few people on reddit said the following worked for them:

Sorry but Discussions of "Self-repair" are not allowed. Disassembling your Xbox 360 will Void any Warranty (if applicable) and possibly result in a Console Ban from Xbox LIVE.
