XBox 360 will not download my profile

Discus and support XBox 360 will not download my profile in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I have 1.) Cleared the Cache multiple times. 2.) Formatted the hard drive once. 3.)     XBox 360 will not download my profile


    I have

    1.) Cleared the Cache multiple times.

    2.) Formatted the hard drive once.

    3.) Did the LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X reset for the updates.

    5.) Finally (After nearly an hour of frustration) found out how to do the App Password thing and used the app password to try to sign in twice before the update reset and once after

    I still continue to get the notice attached below.

    Does anyone have any other solutions for this problem?

    I had this problem for several months and now I solved by going into my old Xbox 360, downloaded the profile there. After this, I was able to download profile when playing Xbox 360 games in my Xbox One.
