    My XBOX 360 was just working. I moved it a little while cleaning and now it's not. The green power light is on but it will not connect to my controller and nothing appears on the tv screen. Any ideas?

    Apologies.

    It is a Xbox 360. It was working up until about a month ago then just stopped working.

    I have actual paid subsciptions, expiration 13/01/2016. Xbox one gold games is working, just 360 game not working.

    just as everyone has stated. Xbox One dlc will not work with Xbox 360 games & same goes for xbox 360 dlc will not work with Xbox One games either.

    Have you tried to install the game on the xbox 360 hard drive maybe it fixes the issue

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to play Just Dance 2019.

    If you have this happen consistently, then I would suggest trying the steps outlined in our Xbox 360 Screen Freeze Solution as it's the best for
    gameplay issues.

    If and when you get a chance, give the steps there a shot and let us know how that helped.
