Is the viki app down? I keep getting an error message to check www.xbox.com/status but I don't see anything about viki not working. I've tried deleting and downloading the app again but it's not helping.

Viki App - Is it still supported on Microsoft?

    Hey there,

Unfortunately the Viki app is no longer supported on the Xbox 360 console. If you want to see the app on the Xbox One console, be sure to let the developers of the app know!

The App provider is responsible for the behavior of their app.

You need to contact the Rakuten Viki support for information about the Viki App and the server error.
