    Recently it worked perfectly but now when you want to install the windows 10 drivers in device manager, there is no way it works.

    Hi, do you have any Rockband or Guitar hero drums/guitars etc or even the Guitar hero live usb dongle? That dongle has been known to cause similar issues when left connected to the Xbox.

    I use one from Rock Band (360) on my Xbox one (Day One edition) and it works great. I use it to plug in the usb wireless adapters for Guitar Hero. I would assume that any basic USB hub will work. 3.0 would be the route to go.

    Had the same issue. Turns out I had to unplug my guitar hero USB. That worked.
