    My Xbox 360 says

    A system update it required to sign in to Xbox Live, but the update is currently unavailable. If the problem persists, visit www.xbox.com/support.

    I don’t know what I need to do

    Please help if you can

    if you can't update you will need a technician to reinstall the whole system, or even for him to try to update.
