Scoring problem on UNO Xbox 360 scoring on Ranked matches

Hi About 4 weeks ago, there were problems with UNO on XBOX 360 - game crashing/ freezing/ scores not coming up after wins/losses . This was fixed except for the Ranked matches leaderboard. Now if you win OR lose , nothing is shown on the scoreboard. Obviously
your TRUE SKILL board does not change either. What happened to direct telephone number / call back ?

PLEASE NOTE GAME DOES NOT BELONG TO UBISOFT ON 360, CREATIVE GAMES HAVE GONE BUST AND ISSUE SHOULD BE WITH M GAMES STUDIO

Also, have you tried quit and relaunch the game?

 

The problem is continual. Not just me. SCores remain static. Wins and loses do not show up on leaderboard on Ranked which means True Skill leaderboard does not alter as well.

NO PROBLEM ON PARTNERS OR SINGLE PLAYER.

Is this the Xbox Live Arcade game on the Xbox 360?

 

YES - WORKS FINE ON ALL VERSIONS IN PLAY MODE BUT WINS & LOSES NOT RECORDING IN RANKED MATCHES , it was fixed for 2 days about 10 days ago but not registering now.

Hi UBISOFT are the developers for UNO game on XBOX ONE. The problem lies with UNO arcade game on the xbox 360 which has nothing to do with UBISOFT. It is a microsoft game studio problem. There is no longer a helpline or customer services available.

Considering that the support for UNO on the Xbox 360 console is unfounded, or cannot be reached may also be the reason for leaderboard statistics being pulled from the game as that would be a service held by the developer that now does not have a team behind
it to continue running said service.

Our best suggestions are to perform our basic troubleshooting involving the uninstalling/reinstalling of the game, as well as all variants of restarting the console.

i didn't know it was playable on the 360 i thought it was only for xbox one

 

Thats no help whatsoever.

Of course there is support for the game otherwise it would not work.

It seems that no one except Mxbox can be of assistance and if anyone wants to uninstall the game, it and the decks are no longer available, so you will then have an ALMIGHTY PROBLEM.

 

Please could I kindly advise that this is NOT an individual problem peculiar to me and my xbox 360 but all my friends in UK, USA, Canada, France, Germany, and Western Australia.

Maybe we should all get 2 months xtra membership for all the problems with the UNO arcade game on 360 unfixed by studio ?

With in game issues you would need to get with the developer. Also, with free live, that will most likely not happen due to its not a Microsoft issue but a developer issue.

Hi Its not a developer issue any more as it is xbox 360 arcade game where the continuity is controlled by Microsoft Games studio.
