    I tried to clean it out of dust and I have also moved it to an open place in my room to give it no blocked ventilation and a space that isnt confined but still after 10 mins it says that my Xbox 360 is overheating and will shut down

    Have you checked to see if your console has plenty of room for ventilation? The
    Ventilation for the Xbox One page has some helpful info for positioning your console for proper ventilation.

    The random turning is often due to bad ventilation\overheating due to dust build up

    see if the ventilation ports are clean and that the console has nice airflow for thermal dissipation
