Xbox 360 Transaction (Luxembourg)

depuis plusieurs semaines je suis incapable de finaliser des transactions avec mon compte XBOX LIVE. Il ne peut pas s'agire d'un problème avec ma carte de crédit, ou encore mon compte paypal, car ceux-ci fonctionnent correctement avec d'autres services.
J'ai le soupçon que le problème se trouve avec l'adresse de facturation. Pour une raison qui m'est inconnue, le système indique mon code postale comme étant non-valide.

i bought the xbox on luxembourg and i live in luxembourg.

 

I just made a payment to Microsoft and no idea what for?

Just to update, but a little confused... I have successfully renewed the Live subscription as usual on the 4th November, confirmed by the xbox email and checked via Transactions history in my account on the MS website.

However I received another email to state from Paypal today stating that renewal has been paid out on 4th December, again this is from Microsoft Luxembourg S.A.R.L. - is this normal and genuine a whole month afterwards? This transaction was emailed to me
yesterday, however this December transaction doesn't display in the history list in my MS Account.

Just looking for advice...

 

Luxembourg isn't a xbox region and all you did was change to a windows region which is why you don't have a Luxembourg marketplace you should only use the migration tool to move to existing xbox live regions if you want to use xbox live. If you move to a
non supported xbox live region then all you get is whatever that region supports
