    Xbox 360 The Sims 3


    After I FINALLY got the Xbox going live with my email address and password handshaking (thanks to the VERY patient and helpful person from Microsoft) and then I got the message from EA Sports saying my game was not connecting to their server. Imagine the
    frustration!! Even more incredible was after I took the time to register on EA Sports and supplying that magical 'gamertag' it still wouldn't work. NOTHING. To top it all off, EA Sports has a huge list of games to choose from to narrow it down for them to
    help....good idea, but the problem was..my game was not in the list. The drop-down menus didn't list Xbox as an option for consoles.

    The game I was trying to play live (as promised on the package) was The Sims 3. Oh, they have tons of Xbox Sims 3 but none of them was like mine. On my way back to Wal-mart tomorrow to return unless by some miracle this missive happens to arrive in time
    for someone to help me.

    How difficult would it be to bring a game like Civilization or SimCity to Xbone?

    Would live to see the sims 3 the sims 4 and the sims city game come to xbox 1 the sims 3 is already on xbox 360 and EA makes the sims on a w.i.d.e variety of platforms.

    I loved the effort still how they brought The Sims 3 to Xbox 360. Lots of peps had issues of the game crashing on their PC's. If you can't play it on PC, you can play it on Xbox 360. The Xbox 360 version of Sims 3 is severely limited but still enjoyable.
    Since Xbox 1 has an AMD 8-CORE Jaguar APU and 8GB DDR3 RAM (5GB's for gaming), and x84-64 architecture, and with experience on the Xbox 360 version (they released 2 versions, The Sims 3, and The Sims 3 Pets), it should be easier to put it on Xbox 1 and...
    be able to switch to different areas of the town without waiting for a 30 second loading screen. You can load different areas of the map on the PC version without waiting for any loading screens on the PC version of The Sims 3.

    Xbox One could do with more life sim/strategy games

    The Sims 3 and The Sims 4. The Sims 4 releases for PC next year. I have The Sims 3 and Sims 3 Pets for 360. I will get Zoo Tycoon for XB1 since I've already played the PC version. I have Tropico 4 but hardly play it. Maybe Sims City that game recently released
    for PC?

    Xbox 360 Emulation on Xbox One.

    It's not really a biggy for me because game devs are making Minecraft, Halo MCC, Happy Wars, GTA V onto Xbox 1 so there's no need for M to emulate games which devs who have made for 360 may bring to 1. My favourite 360 games are A World of Keflings, Halo
    4, Halo Reach, Minecraft, COD Black Ops 2, Happy Wars, The Sims 3. It's beneficial especially when M terminates XBL support for 360 which will literally turn Xbox 360 into a single player only console. XBL support for 360 should be fine for this year and next
    year but would really push for at least a few more years. The Sims franchise is huge so EA really should make The Sims 3 and Sims 4 maybe that Sims city game which is on PC, for Xbox 1 since they make The Sims franchise for so many gaming platforms there's
    no reason why they can't include it for Xbox 1.
